SimpliFi collects more clinical intelligence than any other MSP. Our clinical team, led by a former CNO, conducts a 42 point evaluation on every hospital unit. We share these evaluations with our team and staffing partners so they fully understand the experience level of candidates who will be successful on your unit.
Our thorough recruiting and vetting process means you get excellent candidates every time. We only extend offers to those who are a clinical match for your health system.
In addition, our director-level clinical team provides customized on-boarding of each clinician, including HCAHPS, AIDET and SMART Discharge Training.
