The healthcare industry is changing rapidly.
To survive, health systems have to find innovative ways to cut down on costs while maintaining exceptional levels of patient care. But many staffing firms still have an old school methodology — and they’re benefitting from it at the cost of their clients.
We know, because most of our team left the biggest MSP firms for SimpliFi in order to serve you better. We saw the specific and complex issues that our clients were facing. We became committed to combating challenges like hidden fees, premium rates, and RN turnover.
Our talented group of industry experts and entrepreneurs has come together to create a different kind of Managed Services Provider. Since then, we’ve helped our clients save millions of dollars and thousands of administrative hours every year.
Our goal is not to be the biggest in the industry, it’s to be the best.
Our Core Values
At SimpliFi, we are fanatical about our culture. It permeates all we do, from who we hire to the services we provide and the overall business strategy.
